This Mariner’s Ridge deck renovation included removal of the existing decking and joists, along with selective replacement of structural framing components discovered to be deteriorated after demolition. Once the underlying structure was repaired and reinforced, we installed all-new Trex Transcend Lineage decking in Salt Flat and new white Trex Signature railing. The finished deck features custom layout details, including herringbone and diagonal decking, picture-frame borders, and breaker boards, with sweeping views of East Honolulu.

Demo & Inspection
